How we handle your data.

Axioraa Consultants ("Axioraa", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the personal data of our clients, prospects, newsletter subscribers and website visitors. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
1. Data controller
Axioraa Consultants is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and the services we provide. Our place of business is Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can contact us about any data matter by writing to privacy@axioraa.com.
2. What data we collect
- Lead enquiries. Name, email, telephone (if provided), company name, and the message you choose to share.
- Newsletter subscriptions. Email address, optional first name, source of subscription, IP address, browser user agent, and timestamp — captured for opt-in audit purposes.
- Client engagements. Trade licence, Memorandum of Association, Ultimate Beneficial Owner declaration, source of funds documentation, financial books and records, and tax-related correspondence. Collected under our engagement letter and UAE AML rules for Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions (DNFBPs).
- Website analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.
- Booking platform. If you book a consultation via our booking widget, the third-party scheduling provider may collect your name, email and timezone.
3. Legal basis for processing
- Consent — for newsletter subscriptions and optional marketing communications.
- Performance of a contract — to deliver tax, accounting and audit-coordination services under engagement.
- Legal obligation — to comply with UAE tax law, AML law, and applicable accounting standards.
- Legitimate interest — to run and improve our business, prevent fraud, and respond to enquiries.
4. How we use your data
- Responding to enquiries and delivering services under our engagement.
- Preparing and submitting statutory filings (Corporate Tax, VAT, UBO, ESR).
- Service updates, newsletter content (with consent), operational notifications.
- Regulatory and professional obligations including AML record-keeping for at least five years.
- Aggregated analytics to improve our website and service.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We do not use your data to train artificial intelligence models.
5. Who we share data with
- Sub-processors who operate our infrastructure under written agreements.
- External audit firms we coordinate engagements with, on your written instruction.
- UAE Federal Tax Authority and Ministry of Finance for statutory filings made on your behalf.
- Law enforcement or regulators where required by UAE law.
6. Cross-border transfers
Some of our service providers are based outside the United Arab Emirates. Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE, it is protected by contractual safeguards consistent with the UAE PDPL.
7. Retention
- Lead enquiries that do not progress: up to 24 months.
- Newsletter subscribers: until unsubscribe, plus a short audit window.
- Client engagement files: minimum five years after the engagement ends, per UAE AML rules.
- Analytics data: aggregated and anonymised; retained indefinitely.
8. Your rights
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.
- Object to processing for direct marketing purposes.
- Lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office.
To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@axioraa.com. We respond within 30 days.
9. Security
We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards proportionate to the sensitivity of the data we hold, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, regular security reviews, and a defined incident response process.
10. Cookies
This website uses minimal cookies: a session preference cookie that remembers your cookie-consent choice and one used to dismiss the WhatsApp tooltip. We do not use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. Analytics is provided by Plausible, which is cookie-free.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our practices change. The version date at the top reflects the most recent update.
